Board members met with with the Bishop regarding transfer of ownership on 07/13.
It was agreed that the Church will be deeded to
The Guardians of The St. Joseph Church Foundation,
so the paperwork has been started, surveyor has been contacted,
contract will be drawn up soon, etc.

The Foundation was granted official 501(c)(3) non-profit status in March 2010.
